Hi, I had an NS 40% discount membership before. I canceled it and started NS Flex Weekend Vrij membership (April 1, 2023). A billing period has passed and now when I check again, I see that the NS 40% discount fee will also be deducted. To prevent this, should I insert the card into the machine and cancel it? If I do this, will my NS Flex Weekend Vrij membership be canceled as well? Thanks.

I'd recommend calling our customer service to see what the status of your product is and have this corrected if that's needed, we can't help you here with this issue.

If you see this in the cost counter for the current period, don’t worry because it’s noriously incorrect. Your invoice will tipically be € 5,60 lower than the amount shown.
