Helllo,

 

I have NS Flex subscription but I’d like to switch to N26 bank, which doesn’t work with iDEAL. How can I arrange so the payments go to my new bank account?

N26 is a German bank, correct? You can only change the bankaccount yourself if it's a Dutch bank. So in this case I would like to advise you to contact our Customer Service. They can send a request to our NS Flex department to change your bankaccount to your new German account.
