Hello, I have a subscription for weekend pass with an amount of 35 euros, however I traveled this weekend with my card and I was charged 28 euros, is it possible to get refund ? how can I fix the problem in order to net be charged next time?

I would advise you to contact customer service directly. They can see what went wrong (perhaps you did not load the subscription on your card yet?) and reimburse you.

You did pick up the subscription by the ticketmachine?

The subscription is only valid for travelling by train. Travelling by bus, metro or tram is full price.
