Off peak hour discount not worked

Hello,

I traveled from Sittard to Maastricht on Monday at 15:34 and return at 20:27. I paid normal train fee even I had a 40% discount for offpeak hours. Is there any problem with my subscription?

    You've checked in during peak hours for your first trip, so there would not be any discount for that trip
