Good morning. 

I have a question about my ov card. I purchased the card for 5.60 euro per month for 40% off peak hours. 

This is a screenshot of the subscription. 

My question is, how do I use the card?

Must I buy a ticket at discount and use the ticket together with the card? And when getting to the station should I tap the card to get through the gate or should I use my ticket QR on my phone to get through? And when it says 3 fellow passengers does that mean myself and 3 others or 3 including myself?

You simply check in and out with the card that has the subscription on it. At the end of each month, all travel costs incurred will be automatically withdrawn from your bank account, together with the subscription costs for the next month.

With combined travel discount three people travelling together with you can also benefit from discount during off-peak hours, so yourself and three others. See this page for more information.
