I cancelled the card in December, it is still active, I do not use it, I still receive invoices to pay. I even wrote you a letter and sent it to your address. I was not in Holland to take the last step and go to withdraw funds from the card, but it had nothing on it anyway, so what was I supposed to withdraw? Is this a reason not to cancel my card? Please contact me!!

What kind of subscription was on the card?
Sometimes you have to do a last step on a ticketmachine of NS to cancel/remove a subscription on your card. After that your subscription ends finaly and you will receive no more invoices.
At this Community travellers try to help other travellers, but we cannot view of change eachother's data.
