Good morning, i order the ov-chipkaart personal on friday in the last week and i buy the promo for 35€ to use on the weekends. It starts tomorrow and i didnt receveid my card. What can i do? There are alternatives like online tickets for what i paid ?

So they have to refund my money, because i paid the subscripition to start tomorrow right?
