Recently I got an email that on 11th April my subscription will be canceled and I won't be able to travel with NS in case if I won't pay the debt. I paid on 10th April, today I got an email that I did do that.

I ask to return my subscription as I have paid on time.

Payments to NS always take a few days to be processed, so your (late but on time) payment crossed the cancellation of your subscription.

Once paid (as confirmed by the e-mail you reveived), you can get the subscription again via https://www.ns.nl/en/nsflex/webshop#/bestelling/producten

I suggest contacting NS Customer Service to have it sorted out (chat or Twitter or Dacebook preferred, so you can send proof of your payment).
