Hello, I had a problem with the payment this month because I didn’t have money in my account when you charged the bill but I received and email with the information of the IBAN, so I paid immediately but I just received another email saying that you haven’t received the payment yet, so I send an screenshot of the payment. Thanks

You can best contact our Customer Service via chat, Facebook or Twitter and send your screenshot there. My colleagues will be able to check if your payment has been processed. It usually takes 1-2 business days before payments have been processed.
