Hi , how can i pay my monthly subscription if the NS didn't send me an email if how to pay for it ? Thank you ☺️

You should normally get a mail and/or a letter with all the details you need to manually make a payment if the automatic one didn't work, we can't help you with this here sadly. I'd advise you to contact our customer service to get more help with this now.
