Hi i just want to know i recieved my first email riminding me to pay by the 16th of jan but if you cant pay by the 16th and only by the 20th, will NS Cancel my subscripton?

If this is a first reminder, don’t worry indeed.
The direct e-pay link will expire in 7 days, but manual payment instructions should be included.
Don’t worry about the language in that e-mail either, only after about 25 days (more reminders and a letter will follow) NS will hand over the invoice to a collection agency (40 euro surcharge).
+5When it is te first or second reminder, it is no problem to pay at the 20th. When it is the third reminder you ‘d better pay instantly. In that case you may loose your subscription and may be charged for 40 euro’s extra. But this is only when you are more than a month overdue after the original date you agreed to pay.
The message you received is a little threatening unfortunately. NS will definitely not cancel when you pay at the 20th.
