Hello, I ordered an OV card with a free weekend subscription in November, but I have not received it. Additionally, NS deducted money from my bank account twice, even though I haven't used the card. I would like to inquire about the possibility of receiving a refund for the two previous invoices, and I also wish to cancel the card.
