Hello, I have cancelled my subscription and close my Dutch bank account. How could I get the refund for the unused period?

Normally it is automatically refunded to your bank account. If you closed that before, you'd better comtact customer services. Unfortunately you can't do so through this community where customers can help eachother, but you have to call them, use the chat on the website or reach out to them on their social media.
