Request for refund of the difference

I have NS Flex Dal Voordeel subscription, but accidentally I purchased tickets as a Regular price.

Is it possible to get a refund for the difference between the discounted price and the regular price?

Discount from the NS Flex Dal Voordeel subscription can only be used by checking in and out with the personal OV-chipcard that is linked to the subscription. The fee for the travel, with the discount, will be placed on the next invoice. Here you can find more information about checking in/out. Here you can find more information about the NS Flex invoices. And here you can find more information about the NS Flex Dal Voordeel subscription. When you buy a regular e-ticket, a discount is not added.

 

If you've forgotten your personal OV-chipcard and were not able to travel with the discount, then you can request a refund here. You can only request a refund 3 times a year, so use this sparingly.

According to the webpage below, the discount is valid for up to three people.

You can't use this form to file claims for missed Co-travel discounts. We don't do refunds for missed Co-travel discounts at this time.
