are the seasonal ticket for train and buses? If I make a subscription like NS Flex may I use the discount in buses and trains?

No, the NS Flex season tickets only allow you to travel with discount in trains. You can use the same card that the season ticket is on to travel by bus, tram and metro, but you will always pay the full fare for bus, tram and metro journeys.
If you need a season ticket for bus journeys too, then you should look at the season tickets the bus operator offers. There are some season tickets that are valid for both trains and buses, but these are rare and only offered in some parts of the country. Often one needs to purchase two separate season tickets.
