Subject: Issue with Kids Free Subscription for Jad Abbarah  

Dear NS Customer Service,  

I am writing to report an issue with my child’s OV-chipkaart. Despite having a Kids Free subscription, almost the full fare is being deducted for his journeys. Below are the details:  

- Child's Name: 
- Card Number: 
- Age: 5 years  

I kindly request your assistance in resolving this issue and reimbursing the deducted amount. Please let me know if you need any additional information.

You've posted a lot of personal information on a public board, I'd recommend removing the name of your child, chipcard number, phone number and mail address.

Also reported to moderation, as this board is not private.

Customer Service will not contact you. You will need to contact them. Is the Kids free subscription on the card, is it already made valid?

You do need to change the data in your posting within 35 minutes from now. Otherwise the moderator will do tomorrow morning.
