I cancelled my subscription today from flex to basic ( it starts to a new month every 27th of months) but now I want to use this on Friday with previous subscription. Would it be possible for me to reclaim my cancelled subscription and make this cancellation again on Friday? And Can I get money back for the rest days of the month and when?

It's not possible to cancel the cancellation. You could order the subscription again, but then you won't be able to change or cancel it for a month.
If you cancel a subscription you always get a refund for the unused period.
