Hello!  Please tell me what actions to take to cancel the subscription and whether the money is returned to the account for the unused period?  Thank you!

You can change your subscription on the NS website by using MijnNS. You can choose there for Flex Basis.

You cann’t get a refund for the unused periode.


Use the Cancellation Help of contact the customer service.

If the unused periode is in the future you will get a refund for that. If for instance your invoice date is the 15th, you paid a month in advance from april 15 up until may 14, you will then get a refund from the day you cancel until may 14.
