Bekijk origineelYou can change your subscription on the NS website by using MijnNS. You can choose there for Flex Basis.
You cann’t get a refund for the unused periode.
Use the Cancellation Help of contact the customer service.

If the unused periode is in the future you will get a refund for that. If for instance your invoice date is the 15th, you paid a month in advance from april 15 up until may 14, you will then get a refund from the day you cancel until may 14.
