I bought a monthly flix subscription. I don't want to renew again. It started on November 13 and will end on December 13. If I cancel before December 13th, can I still use it until the 13th or do I have to cancel on the 12th?

Welcome to our NS Community, Dila Horus. You can only change/cancel it after one month, and it's always effective immediately. You can cancel/change it on the 13th od December.
+4You can change it anytime after one month. A change cannot be scheduled in advance.
If you change it to Basic on December 13, you will not be invoiced for the next month.
If you change it on December 14 (or later) you will be invoiced a full month, but will get back the amount for unused days shortly afterwards (a few days later).
