My name is Victoria Torynets, and I am writing regarding an unexpected top-up transaction of €20 that appears in my NS account. I have an active subscription and did not manually top up my card. The transaction is listed as:

• Location: Almere Centrum
I would like to understand why this transaction occurred, as I believe my subscription should cover my travel costs.

Unfortunately, there is a long-term outage at NS. The reported costs of 20 euros will most likely not appear on the invoice. If this does happen unexpectedly, please contact customer service.
