The monthly bill was calculated incorrectly

I have already contacted you more than once with the problem that you wrote off for me for the month on April 9, but it was not canceled on the account and the money continued to accumulate. Now I have received the amount that I have to pay for 2 months, although you debited me 50 euros on April 9th.
