Hello, I have NS Traject Vrij. I use it day-in and day-out during my travel to work between Eindhoven Central-Helmond I have been using it without any problems. However, my OV-Chipcard was charged at full rate yesterday. You can see it below. Could anyone tell me what could be the reason for the full rate being deducted?

This is clearly an error, because it says ‘Reizen op Saldo’. Contact NS Customer Service or visit the service desk in Eindhoven.

An (unlikely) explanation is that NS Flex was removed from your card because you were behind on payments. Of course, you should have received reminders about that.
