i cancelled my OV Chip kaart, with an NS product on it (Altijd Voordeel),.
I want to keep the product but on a different new ov chip card. can i transfer the product over or do i need to cancel the product and reorder it.

Welcome to our NS Community, aefs. You need to cancel Altijd Voordeel and reorder it on a new OV-chipcard. NS Flex products can't be transferred. You can contact customer service here.
