Hi Fawo92, welcome to our NS Community. It is not permitted to both travel with the Samenreiskorting. You can only travel with this when you're traveling with someone that is checked in with their season ticket. So if you're traveling together, then one of you should be checked in with the OV-chipcard, and the other can arrange the Samenreiskorting.
