I wonder whether I could use the OV card with the app before I get the physical card. I subscribed to the weekend free-travel product last week. I planned to travel this weekend, but I haven’t received my OV card. Does anyone know if I could take free trip this weekend with the membership confirmed on the app?

You should contact customer service if your subscription has started, but you haven't received the card yet. They can arrange for you to be able to travel for free next weekend.

+3It's not possible to travel with a memberchip on the app. You have to check in with your ov-chipcard. Contact the customerservice.
