I got a facture Juni 2023 Betaling wordt verwerkt, but I don't; understand the following cost. Why it is almost 23 euro, could you please give me more details? I traveled several stops by metro, was it cost 23 euro + 5, 31? I don't; think so….

If you look at the following three pages (of the pdf file), you will find a detailed specification of the costs, so you can see exactly why you are being charged 28.31 euros for bus, tram and metro journeys. To be clear: your season ticket only allows for free travel by train during weekends; you always have to pay the full fare if you travel by bus, tram or metro.
