I have a bike storage subscription for Year and valid till December 2024 at Amsterdam Central stationplein. Can I change my bike storage location with this subscription or should I cancel this one first and take new one.

I would check at the location first to see you can use your subscription at another location near the same station.
If that isn’t possible you will have to cancel your current subscription and buy a new one for the other location.
