Weekend advantage subscription problem

On 27th May I payed for subscription with 40% korting on weekend. Since then I was charged full price for trips on 29thMay and 4th June

Should I do any additional actions to make it work? And how I get my discount, for which I paid 2 weeks ago?

Did you also activate your subscription at a machine with your OV-chipcard? You should have received an email with information about this. For the trips taken thus far you can contact our costumer service
