I have ordered chipcards for my daughters (One is under 12 and the other one is 13) and for my daughter last week friday (4th of October) but as of today we still have not received the cards. When we will have our cards?

Welcome to our NS Community Mustafa Usalan. I'm sorry the cards didn't arrive yet! Today should be the last day you can receive it, since it has a 5 business-days max. for delivery. If you don't receive it, please get in touch with OV-chipkaart and NS Customer Service.
