Why NS giving money?

Hi it says that NS will pay me 2.38€ but I wonder why you are giving back. I canceled my 5.1€ subscription yesterday.

Most likely you paid your subscription in advance until 30 November, and this specific amount was for the period of 17 November up to and including 30 November. Since your subscription ended yesterday, you are reimbursed 14 days of subscription costs.
