I have ordered the NS Flex Dal Voordeel subscription. However, although it was supposed to be activated on 11th of January, I cannot see any discount (40%} applied when trying to book tickets. Am I doing something wrong?

Did you order a NS Flex Dal Voordeel subscription on an already excisting personal OV-chipcard? If so, then you need to activate the subscription on the OV-chipcard at a NS card machine or OV-chipcard machine. You can find more information about this in the email you've received from us after ordering the subscription. After activating the subscription, you can use the suscription by checking in and out. More information can be found in the terms and conditions of the subscription. If you've ordered the subscription with a new personal OV-chipcard, then you should not have to activate anything. When having issues, you can contact our Customer Service.
