What a mess! Got an 1 euro upgrade, was happy. My wife got nothing. She is not happy. Who is to be blamed? (Guess...) Tried to use my upgrade. Impossible on August 27 even if this date is not excluded in actievoorwaarden. Thank you, NS.

I am sorry to read that your wife didn't get the upgrade. Unfortunately, it is not possible to use the upgrade on that day because of the Dutch Grand Prix. This is indeed not in the terms & conditions, but I have already reported this.

Thank you for your reply. I have spent quit some time to check these NS offers but found nothing useful. Used to be much more useful in the previous years. Waste of time this year. We ended up buying “normal” tickets.
