How I can cancel a E ticket

If you’ve already downloaded the e-ticket it cannot be cancelled.

Like iMark said, you can't cancel the ticket when you already openend it. If you didn't open or downloaded the ticket, you can contact our costumer service. They can have a look to the possibilities.
