Hello,

I got a correction fine of surcharge of IC Direct in March 1st. 

The reason is because I have done it in 27th by accident. Although I tried to say this situation to the staff but not worked in the end,

I would like to ask if I can get a refunds of my surcharge in 27th or I could file an objection? Or in this situation what can I do?

You could try contacting Customer Service to see if they're willing to reimburse you. Can't guarantee anything though. For complaints or objections you should also contact Customer Service.
