Instead of checking out from OV chip card, I by mistake checkout from my debit card and I see that 20 euros are deducted from OV chip card as well as my debit card. I raised the claim to get refund for my OV chip card, however, I dont know what to do for my debit card deductions. How can I raise claim for that?

I did deleted your other topic becuase it was the same as this one. You can claim your money back via www.ovpay.nl after a few days. You can fill in the same station as where you did checked in with your debit card.

I tried to the ovpay.nl, I am able to search with transaction id, however, I dont get any option to raise claim for the same.

You have to wait 5 or 6 days, then see https://zelfregelen.ovpay.nl/reisoverzicht (you can switch language to English).
