How to get a refund?

Need help with the refund. The new policy says I can only apply for three times refund each year if I forget to check out. However in my case I dont think it’s me forget to check out. It’s obviously I traveled from Leeuwarden to Groningen, but the history showed I checked twice in leeuwarden which cost me 20 euros twice. And if I want to apply for the refund I need to fill in the forms twice which cost me twice out of three chances each year. I dont really to. So please help.

From Leeuwarden to Groningen you travelled using Arriva train, not NS train.

Each public transport company has their own gates/poles for check in and out.

If you check in with NS and check out with Arriva (or vice versa) then two incomplete journeys must be corrected.

For credit/debitcard checkin/out overview and corrections see ovpay.nl.
