I called the NS costumer service and I'm really unhappy with the service. I have the Weekend Vrij travel card with an extra 40% discount during off-peak hours. First of all, I complained about not being able to see any of my invoices, I still can't see them. I was sent, by the assistant, the November invoice but only with the value I have to pay. The assistant denied me the right to see my detailed invoice. Secondly, I'm being overcharged on the invoice. I checked all the trips that I made, and I only have to pay around 9 euros related to bus journeys since I only travelled by train during the weekend. However, I'm being charged around 15 euros more. I asked why and I was told I did a train journey outside the weekend. However, my travel history does not mention that journey. I asked to where that journey was made, and I was told they don't know the details about the trip. I find all this unacceptable. I was also told I can't complain about the overcharging and that I had to pay it even if I find no information on my travel history about that journey. I would like to receive those 15 euros back since I did not travel by train outside the weekend and I would like to finally be able to see my detailed invoices.
