Refund for duplicate ticket

Hi, I accidently bought two day tickets (Schiphol Airport ↔ Amsterdam Centraal) for me and family. Is there a possibility of a refund?

A duplicate ticket may be refunded when both are exactly the same. Having said this: Customer Service has become a lot stricter. Contact Customer Service, English spoken and they are here up to 11.00 PM

    Niet de réiziger op 1, 2 en 3, maar de betálende reiziger op 1,2 en 3! Wat meer controle en handhaving roept geen agressie op, maar voorkomt het juist. De opgekropte ergernis van de betalende reiziger mag best wat meer meetellen.
