On 29.05.2025 at 17:21 I traveled from Rotterdam to Roosendaal. Before the trip I checked in at Rotterdam, then I printed my ov card for the second time as check-out with an error. with an error. During the trip, a service attendant came and checked my ov card and issued my travel ticket. Ticket number 5810249. I paid EUR 13.10 for it, I paid EUR 30.00 for the legal increase. in total I paid EUR 43.10 from my bank account. I will send the receipt as an attachment. is it possible to get the legal increase of EUR 30.00 back? I wish for your help.

Normally it isn't possible to get the increase back. You can try the customerservice by Phone, X, Facebook or chat.
