On Wednesday I went on a trip for the 1st time with my personalized ov-chipkaart. From Germany to Valkenburg and back. Unfortunately I checked in and out wrong the whole time. I only took Arriva trains, but also checked NS in/out. I understood or got the principle of how to do it right too late. The problem is: I can't see my travel history at all, I can't see how much has been debited. I have NS Flex for off times. I have already written 3 times with chat, always the same: I should write again tomorrow, no solution for the moment. I can't open the website uitcheckgemist.nl, neither on PC, nor on mobile, both come Forbidden 403. What shall I do? I don't want to pay 40-60€ for a trip that costs 12€. Thanks for the help. 

To get to uitcheckgemist.nl, try https://www.uitcheckgemist.nl/. You can also find the details of when and where you checked in and out on ov-chipkaart.nl, which isn't as notoriously late to show data as NS.


Thank you. As I wrote, I can't open the page https://www.uitcheckgemist.nl/, not possible! It's coming forbidden 403. 
I know, I actually saw my travel history with ov-chipkaart.nl on the first day. It doesn't get me anywhere because the fees are not listed. As I know now, I would have to check in 2x and check out 2x on my trip, no need when changing, simple. But instead of 4x - I have 10 transactions. 
How long does it usually take on ns.nl for the data to be shown?


The 403 Forbidden message is probably caused by using a foreign ip address (usually because a VPN is active). To correct any NS transactions, contact NS Customer Service (phone, chat, social media).
