The disturbance/disruption is a bridge that has been hit by a truck a while back and construction work between Den Bosch and Utrecht.

If you're travelling to Rotterdam, the planner advises to take the train to Eindhoven and change there to the intercity to Den Haag.

For Leiden it's almost the same advice, except for a change of trains in Delft (also possible to change trains in Rotterdam).

What IS available-as far as now is known (last minute changes are always possible) is simply shown in the planner-use that. It may have special notes to decalre why it may be different from the normal situation-that is mostly works along the line.
