Suggestie voor NS app

I have an improvement suggestion for de NS app.
I do have a subscription of 40% discount in dal-uren. The route planner shows the expected costs of a journeys, but does currently not take into account my subscription. Can you please consider for calculating jouney cost taking subscription into consideration?

Which device and which version of the app do you use? If you click on the option “View all prices”, don't you see the fee for the 40% discounted journey?

The NS app or website planner (when logged in) never shows the price for your subscription anymore.

It used to do that before, but not anymore. It will only show the 40% discount price, to promote Dal Voordeel. Silly but true 🤔

That journey (in peak hours) allows no off-peak discount. It’s just an advertisement!

Formerly, it showed he price for any (random) chosen subscription you set (e.g. 20% discount with Altijd Voordeel or 100% with Altijd Vrij)

But selecting a subscription at ‘Meer prijzen’ just shows you the price for that, even if you don’t have that subscription at all ❗❗

 

Alles hier post ik op persoonlijke titel, ben geen NS medewerker.
