my name is Candida Giugliano and today I bought an e ticket from Rotterdam to Eindhoven airport that I could not use because it never showed up as an e ticket in my app. Order number .
So at the end I had to buy a physical ticket at the station, you can see it attached.
so may I ask for a refund of the e ticket that I coukd
not use?
