Hello I bought tree times a ticket for the same person and same date. because at firts it didnt shown up in my mail. now I want to ask for a refund.

I ordered tickets for the last sunday 13.April. Unfortunately I paid it 3 times for the same route, same persons, same date. 
Please can I get the money back?

The best thing to do is to reach our customer service. Our details can be found in the post of Tochjo. Normally we never give a refund for e-tickets. Sometimes we provide you with codes for free journeys, but my colleague's will tell you what is possible.

 

There was no personal data, but ts did mention the number of the e-tickets. I did deleted them because otherwise someone else can try to claim a refund or codes with these tickets.

So i talked to jens customer chat bot but. Still trying to get a meedewerker to help me. Do you know how long it will take?
