I used to travel by purchasing tickets through the NS app using my NS account, not with an OV-chipkaart. My employer is now asking for proof of my travel history so they can reimburse the costs. I still have the tickets in the NS app — is there a way to download them as PDF files or receive them by email so I can submit them to my company?

+1As far as I know, it’s no longer possible to download tickets directly from the NS app.
You might still have the confirmation emails from the tickets. From there, you might still be able to download them.

That was never possible! You always have to click a link/button from a website (browser or e-mail) to manually import a ticket into the app.
The e-mail will have an option to download/print the tickets (as pdf).
