Request to Modify Train Tickets – Incorrect Travel Direction

Hello,

In order to better plan my trip to Amsterdam, I wanted to be proactive and purchased train tickets for myself and my friends from the airport to Amsterdam Central Station. However, upon receiving the confirmation of my purchase, I realized that I mistakenly booked tickets in the opposite direction – from Amsterdam Central Station to the airport.

Would it be possible to make the necessary changes so that the tickets are valid for travel from the airport to the city center instead?

On this community fellow travellers help each other, so we can't help you with this.
Usually it's not possible to change tickets, or get a refund, but you could always try to contact Customer Service and explain the situation. Maybe they're willing to help you out.
