Hello. I have a ns flex account which is currently linked to my dutch girlfriends account. Is it possible to link it to my finnish bank account (i live in finland). If so, how? Is there an e-mail i could contact?

Yes its possible-because NS has to conform to general EU-rules, but they do not make it very easy. NOT possible online, only by contacting/calling their service centre. this remark/request often pos up in this forum, though generally not from as far as FI. IF a new chipcard is needed, these will not be sent to an adress faraway-only to NL/BE/LU/DE
Note that the mijnNS registration will also not accept any foreign adress or fone-nr
