how to request a refund money in mijns?

14 of December  i arrived in Den Haag central station and checked out there. all enterences were opened in Den Haag central, so i thought i forgot to check out.  And i checked out twice with my ov chip kaart. It cost 12 euro. How i can reguest a refund of money, if it's impossible in mijnns and in ov chip website? Thank you
