hello, My name is Berk Ozlu. On Friday, I travelled from Den Haag to Brugge, however instead of using my ticket I checked in with my ov chip card. Is it possible for me to get a refund for that?

Hi I don't forget to check out machine problem I always scan on 13 March when I go Gilze-Rijen to Breda I scan when come back also I scan now I see it's not check out not my fault machine fault help me ,
