Hello, I received an overdue bill of 130.22€ because I have a problem and can't debit the original bank account. ,I have to use another bank account to transfer into But the problem arose when I transferred the amount of 130.22€. go on 21 June 2023 Time 11:25:52 but the transferor did not specify the number on the transfer slip I tried asking the staff to help me check the balance. but no money credited to account ,What should I do because I don't have 130.22€? returned to the account
